TMTA :: India

What strikes me most about India are the brilliant colours and I am curious to see what the other participants of TMTA come up with.
India also makes me think of the traditional medicine of India. I came across Ayurveda last year during a week of fasting with a conductor influenced by it. He even tried to introduce us to Laughter Yoga. Ever heard of that? Definitely not my kind of shoe. I love to laugh, but not  on command. However, if this caught your attention, or you want a good laugh, you should watch the video below.

  1. Love your inspiration card Clau. India is such a colorful and spiritual place. I have done a couple of short laughter yoga sets and it is challenging in the beginning and then it’s almost hard to stop laughing. I am going to watch your video. Thank you for a lovely challenge. You have also inspired me to get busy on my India altered book 🙂
